Even though more than 12 million undocumented immigrants, their family members and North American businessmen were deceived by the decision of the Senate; let’s remember to be thankful for what we have!  While we continue to think of what could have happened, we lose more of the precious time of our existence that we can never replace. So, let’s concentrate on what we should do today.

We have a law of immigration that is much more benevolent than the one proposed in the Senate. It is a law that protects our family from the facility of the businessmen to employ the workers that they need. Therefore, don’t keep speculating on what will come and take advantage of what we have right now.

July 17th: The procedure of dealing with a job offer will change alter the 17th of July. This is to say that all the pending applications with job offers should be completed and submitted before this date. Whichever case submitted after, must comply with the new requisites of the Department of Labor. What is most important is that the employer must pay all the professional costs for the legalization of their offer, and there will be many of these who will not want to do. This will paralyze the application.

July 30: Consider that alter this date, the costs of an application will double or triple for the Immigration Service. As a result, many immigrants will continue or begin their applications during this month. This will be instated immediately, so don’t wait till the last week to begin the application because you run the risk that your case will not arrive before the above mentioned date.

If you have a family member who is a citizen or resident, or who is employed, begin your residence application today! We celebrate, acting now. Happy 4th of July!
